Tank Taxi writes the order id into every paid card receipt, both propane exchanges and forklift cylinders. The lookup resolves the same id from this site — without a session, without a login.
Where the number comes from
The order number lives on the Stripe card receipt.
After card payment, Stripe sends a receipt that includes “Order #” at the top. Look for a string starting with cm— the dispatcher’s email follow-up (from tank-taxi@polsia.app) carries the same number. Both propane tanks (20 / 30 / 33 / 40 / 100 LB) and forklift cylinders (steel or aluminum) register against the same order-book.
A new run on the books?
Use the same order form for an exchange, and the dispatcher pulls the prior pick-up address into the next run so the schedule carries forward.
